Please include the word or surah and ayah reference, the language you were using and a short explanation. A screenshot can help. Keep any account or payment information out of the screenshot.
Subscriptions and account data
For billing or refunds, use the Apple App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase. For account data, the app’s Privacy & data screen provides export and deletion actions. If you cannot access the app, contact us using the address above.
